No. We are licenced to raise capital through private placement offers (securities). In some cases, these securities are exchanged for a completed property in the project at developer’s cost price.
We are paid a fixed fee by our clients in return for our research and access to exclusive off-market property deals. For cash only investors, we are paid a fee by the developer. All fees are disclosed in the relevant ASIC prescribed offer documents.
Investors with cash who don’t want to acquire more property, but still want to participate in a share of property development returns, can also join our Armchair Developer program. With targeted returns of 20% plus, this is an attractive alternative for those with $10k or more.
